Grades

Grades will be determined using the following criteria:

Tests (typically 3-4 every nine weeks) will count twice

Quizzes (typically weekly) will count once

Projects will count twice

The homework average will count as a test grade. Students will start each nine weeks with a 100 homework average. For each homework that is not turned in, students lose 5 points. Homework must be turned in before it is gone over in class. It is graded on completion, not correctness.

Late work: Students will lose 5 points each day for work that is late (except for homework).

I was looking over your website and noticed there was this link to grades. Will I be able to log in and get Madisson Anderson’s grades on a daily or weekly basis? Indian River County had a website that we could check on daily to see if there were any missing assignments, test grades, etc. It was a great resource for helping my daughter stay on top of things. Please let me know how this link can be utilized by parents. Thank you in advance!!

Ms. Anderson–we don’t have that capability yet, but hopefully we will soon!
